Refund & Exchange policy

At Mando Armory, most of our products are custom made to order or are digital downloads. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com before placing your order.
1. Digital 3D File Downloads (STL/OBJ)
All digital file purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once files have been delivered or accessed. Please review all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a file before buying, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com.
2. Printed Armor, Helmets, Props & Accessories
All printed items are custom made to order and are non-returnable except as described below.
Size or fit issues: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on an exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unmodified, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Wrong item sent: If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
EU/UK customers: Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies to non-customized physical goods. Items must be returned in unused, as-new condition in their original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. See our Terms and Conditions (Section 5) for full details.
3. Items Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mandoarmory.com. Please include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and all damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or assist with a shipping carrier claim. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
4. Stickers & Decals
Sticker and decal purchases are final and non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
5. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following must apply:
The item was delivered within the last 30 days
The item is unworn, unmodified, and in its original packaging with no signs of use or damage caused after delivery
You have contacted us within the timeframe specified for your product category above
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
6. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless we made a fulfillment error. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable service. We cannot issue an exchange or refund without confirmed receipt of the returned goods.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
