This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and delivered for physical and digital products purchased from Mando Armory.
1. Order Types
Physical goods: Helmets, armor, gauntlets, loadouts, decals, stickers, pendants, and other tangible items are produced and shipped to addresses within the United States.
Digital goods: STL files and other downloadable products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
2. Where We Ship We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship physical items to international addresses at this time.
3. Order Processing Times Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is handed to USPS. With the exception of pendants, all physical items are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you.
Decals, stickers, and pendants: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Helmets, armor, gauntlets, loadouts, and other large 3D-printed pieces: Typically ship within 4–10 weeks.
These timeframes are estimates. Production can be affected by material availability, equipment maintenance, and order volume. We work as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers All physical orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request. If you need a faster shipping method, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com before placing your order or immediately after checkout so we can confirm availability and cost.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight and destination within the United States. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Digital Product Delivery No physical item is shipped for digital products. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link at the address provided at checkout. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your files within that window, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com with your order details.
7. Made-to-Order Items With the exception of pendants, all physical products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Placing an order confirms your understanding that production time is required before your item ships. We do not hold pre-made inventory of armor pieces or helmets.
8. Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. USPS Ground Advantage delivery times vary by destination and are typically a few business days after shipment, but may be longer during carrier delays, holidays, or other service disruptions. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays: Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit times are outside our control. Weather events, high-volume periods, and carrier service issues may impact delivery dates.
Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mandoarmory.com. Include clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and all damaged items. Do not discard the packaging until the matter is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or assist with a carrier claim as applicable.
Lost orders: If a shipment is marked as lost by USPS, we will assist you in opening a claim. Replacements will be issued once USPS confirms the package as lost. All shipments include USPS default coverage up to $100. For high-value orders, we recommend contacting us before purchase to discuss additional insurance options.
