2. License and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Mando Armory and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on this website, including but not limited to product designs, 3D models, STL files, images, text, and branding. All rights are reserved.
You may access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.
You must not:
Copy, republish, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute material from Mando Armory
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Mando Armory
Use any Mando Armory content for commercial purposes without prior written permission
Regarding Digital STL Files:
When you purchase a digital STL file from Mando Armory, you are purchasing a personal use license only. This license grants you the right to print the file as many times as you like, for your own personal, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Selling, distributing, or gifting physical 3D prints made from any Mando Armory STL file to any third party, whether for profit or free of charge
Hiring, commissioning, or authorizing any third party - including commercial print services, friends, or print farms - to print the file on your behalf, regardless of whether payment is exchanged
Uploading, sharing, forwarding, reselling, or redistributing the STL file itself in any form, including via email, cloud storage, Discord, or any file-sharing platform
Using the STL file or prints made from it for commercial production, crowdfunding, or commissioned work
Remixing, modifying, or using any Mando Armory STL file as a starting point for a new or derivative design, whether the resulting work is sold, shared, or kept for personal use
Violation of this license constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. If you wish to inquire about a commercial license, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com.
3. Products and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Mando Armory reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
For digital products (STL files), all sales are final. No refunds are issued for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Physical orders are processed and shipped within timeframes that vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. Some items may have production times of up to 8 weeks. Estimated delivery times are in addition to production time and are not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com before purchasing to confirm availability.
5. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Customers)
IF/When we ship to EU/UK these Consumer Rights will apply: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@mandoarmory.com before the 14-day period expires. You must return the item(s) to us in unused, as-new condition - in their original packaging with no signs of wear, damage, or modification - within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items that are not received in as-new condition will not qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. This right does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, or to custom/personalized items made to your specification.

Parts of this website allow users to post comments or exchange information. Mando Armory does not filter, edit, or review comments before they are posted. Comments reflect the views of the individual poster and not Mando Armory.
Mando Armory reserves the right to monitor and remove any comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
By posting a comment, you warrant that: you are entitled to post it; it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; it contains no defamatory, indecent, or unlawful material; and it will not be used to solicit commercial activity. The following may link to our website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and accredited business directories. No use of Mando Armory's logo or artwork is permitted for linking purposes without a trademark license agreement.
We may approve link requests from consumer information sources, community sites, trade associations, and educational institutions. To request approval, email us at support@mandoarmory.com with your name, organization, contact info, and the URLs involved. Allow 2-3 weeks for a response.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mando Armory excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website and its use. We do not guarantee that information on this website is complete, accurate, or current.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Mando Armory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
For customers in the EU, nothing in this clause affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
