1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, or the age of majority in your country with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
2. License and Intellectual Property
All content on this site belongs to Mando Armory and/or its licensors. This includes product designs, 3D models, STL files, images, text, and branding. All rights reserved.
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material from this site
Sell, rent, or sub-license any material from this site
Use any content here for commercial purposes without written permission from us
STL File License — What You Can and Can't Do
When you buy a digital STL file from Mando Armory, you are buying a personal use license. Here's what that means in plain terms.
You can:
Print the file as many times as you like, for your own personal use
Scale the file to fit your measurements before printing
You cannot:
Sell, give away, or distribute physical prints made from the file to anyone else, whether for money or for free
Hire, commission, or ask anyone else (including print farms, friends, or commercial services) to print the file for you
Upload, share, forward, or redistribute the STL file itself in any form — including email, cloud storage, Discord, or file-sharing platforms
Use the file or any prints made from it for commercial work, crowdfunding, or commissioned projects
Remix, modify, or use the file as a base for any new or derivative design, whether you sell it, share it, or keep it for yourself
Violating this license is copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

3. Products and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any payment methods shown at checkout.
Digital products (STL files): All sales are final. No refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Physical products: See our Refund and Return Policy at https://mandoarmory.com/refund-policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Some items may take up to 8 weeks to produce. Estimated delivery times are in addition to production time and are not guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

5. Consumer Rights (EU and UK Customers)
If and when we ship to the EU or UK, the following rights apply:
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.
To cancel:

Return the item(s) unused, in original packaging, with no signs of wear or damage, within 14 days of notifying us
Please note:
Items not returned in as-new condition will not qualify for a refund
Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return, using your original payment method
This right does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, or to custom/personalized items
6. Cookies and Data Privacy
This site uses cookies to personalize your experience and for marketing and analytics. Required cookies keep the site working and are always active. Optional cookies need your consent.
What we collect: Your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information — used only to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.
EU customers (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at support@mandoarmory.com.

7. User Comments and Content
Some parts of this site allow you to post comments. Comments are not reviewed before posting and reflect the views of the individual poster, not Mando Armory. We reserve the right to remove comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
By posting a comment, you confirm that:
You have the right to post it
It does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property
It contains no defamatory, indecent, or unlawful material
It is not being used to solicit commercial activity
By posting, you grant Mando Armory a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit your comments in any format.
8. Linking to Our Content
The following may link to our site without prior approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and accredited business directories. Mando Armory's logo and artwork may not be used for linking without a trademark license.
To request permission to link to our site, email support@mandoarmory.com with your name, organization, contact info, and the URLs involved. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for a response.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mando Armory makes no guarantees that information on this site is complete, accurate, or current.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or our products.
Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
EU customers: Nothing in this section affects your rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
